It has been a weekend of bird related art, including ‘puffin’ cakes, birthday cards and tshirts…oh and the big oil painting I did before we moved that I never got round to posting.

in the big city

Ok, so here we are. Bristol. I’ve been enjoying the city, working hard to earn the money to enjoy the city…(check out www.lovelytart.com …thats where I’m working and loving it!)

Finally got myself a desk and ready to start drawing and painting again. Got some ideas in the pipeline and another tshirt on the way but for now heres some sketch book work and my mothers day card.

Handmade January

So…we have a house, move in in 3 weeks. In this time I am applying for jobs and making things…presents and things for the house. I made some butterfly bunting for the house as well as something that is yet to be finished,but I will post it up when it’s done…

So new year then…

2011…nice.Been a little bit productive in the last few weeks.Had a rather home made Christmas involving many knitted hats, homemade chocolates and a hand painted t-shirt for my brother…

and I have also painted a series of images inspired by the previous ‘tree based’ ones I have done recently…

Now working on some new projects and also looking for a house and job in Bristol, lots to do in the New Year it seems!
